Everything — your scores, XP, streaks, brain profile, sleep journal and Remember This sets — is stored on your device only. There are no accounts, and we run no servers, so there is nothing to sign in to and no cloud copy. That also means progress does not transfer to a new phone, and uninstalling the app erases it permanently. It is a deliberate trade: your data stays yours, but you are the only one holding it.
Reminders are all local and are off until you switch them on in Settings → Reminders. If they are on but nothing arrives, check that notifications are allowed for Brain Arena in your device settings. On Android, some manufacturers (Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, Samsung) aggressively stop background apps — look for a "battery optimisation", "auto-start" or "protected apps" setting and allow Brain Arena there.
You can delete the sleep journal on its own, keeping your training history, from Settings → Your data. To erase everything, clear the app's storage (Android) or delete the app. Since we hold nothing, there is no server-side copy to request removal of.
Yes. Sleep entries never leave your device. They are excluded from analytics, crash reports, leaderboards and share cards, and every sleep figure you see is calculated on your phone from your own entries. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
No. "Brain Age" and the brain-profile radar are self-comparison features, not measurements, and nothing in the app diagnoses anything. The BrainLab library cites published research and says plainly where the evidence is weak — including that evidence for brain training transferring to general ability is limited, and that no app prevents dementia. If something about your sleep or memory worries you, please talk to a doctor. Brain Arena is not a substitute for professional advice.
Yes — English, العربية and Français, in Settings → Language. Arabic switches the whole interface to right-to-left.
Ads keep the app free. There is a full-screen ad between training sessions — never during a game, and never on your first session — plus optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for a bonus. On iOS you will be asked whether to allow tracking; declining is completely fine and simply makes the ads non-personalised.
There are none yet. Leaderboards on Android use Google Play Games Services, which does not exist on Apple devices. Everything else — XP, levels, coins, achievements, streaks and your brain profile — works identically; it is simply all local.
